Supervision is the process of leading and observing the subordinates to ensure the execution of assigned works. It refers to the direct and immediate guidance and control over the subordinates. Supervision oversees the performance of all the members to ensure that assigned works have been completed in accordance of plan. It ensures the optimum utilization of organizational resources to gain common objectives.
