Since the literacy rate of people living in rural areas is quite low, they may not understand the Ads shown through other means and sources. So, public announcement helps them understand in a better way. New products, ideas, projects of government, health-related programs, public awareness issues etc. are made to announce in public so that people living in small towns and rural areas can get benefitted.
