Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC)
Introduction: Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC0 established in the year 2009BS is the first Chamber of Commerce in Nepal. It has been playing remarkable role in the business promotion and formation of commercial industrial and fiscal policies Government
Formation: NCC is formed with the representatives of ordinary members and registered firms. At present, it has more than 1600 ordinary members and more than 8,000 registered firms. Any individual firm company, corporation and organization engaged in trade industry or related profession is eligible to receive membership of NCC.
Executive Committee: The activities of NCC are planned, programmed and carried out by the Executive Committee comprising of 36(thirty-six) members who are the representatives of business communities.
General Meeting: The General Meeting of NCC is held annually to discuss and pass resolutions. The progress report and audit report of the outgoing fiscal year are also submitted to the General Meeting.
Functions of NCC
The major functions of NCC are as follows:

- Organize trade and industrial fairs

Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industries
Introduction: FNCCI is an umbrella organization of the Nepalese private sector. It was established in 1965 with the aim of promoting business and industry while protecting the rights and interests of business and industrial communities. It provides information, advisory, consultative, promotional and representative services to business and government
Formation: FNCCI is formed with the representatives of district and municipality level chambers, commodity and Sectoral association, and leading public and private sector undertakings. The FNCCI Membership, at present, is comprised of District and Municipality Level Chambers in 75 Districts, Commodity and Sectoral Associations, and leading public and private sector undertakings.
General Assembly and Executive Committee: The highest policy-making body of the FNCCI is its General Assembly which generally meets on an annual basis. The activities and functions of the FNCCI are planned and managed by the Executive Committee consisting of 74 members including President.
Councils: There are three Councils viz. District or Municipality Council, Commodity Council and Employers’ Council.
Membership Committee: The Membership Committee scrutinizes the application for memberships and submits recommendation to the Executive Committee for decision to grant membership of FNCCIDM) s1omino)
Secretariat: For the effective day-to-day operation of the FNCCI, there is professional secretariat with a business library, training unit, and human res development (HRD) centre.

Trade and Export Promotion Centre (TEPC)
The Government of Nepal has established “Trade and Export Promotion Centre”, a national trade promotion organization of the country in November 2006. TEPC has been established with the objective of promoting foreign trade in general and export trade in particular of the country.
Functions of TEPC
Trade and export promotion centre perfumes the following:

- Identify the problems in foreign trade
- Strength national economy
- Cooperate to diversify trade

- Support to the exporters
